On the back of the 12" cover it reads crumbly:

"a node ? a note? on a collar, a signal of music. My guess is that it refers to a bell, which is missing here for some reason"

Bells often have collars and produce musical sounds when rung. Taking this further, the absence of the bell could signify a silence or pause in the music, or perhaps suggest a sense of loss or emptiness. Alternatively, it could signify the potential for music to exist in the absence of physical bells, symbolizing the power of memory to evoke sounds and melodies. Tabloid - Bag to Bag, brings these memories back to me as Alexander recorded the group's performances and then assembled them into 4 titles and musical notes, creating a mental walk through their sonic world. This fresh material evokes surreal memories and moves something in me. Like trekking through the Swiss Alps with François Bayle.
